Adam has also co-founded two conferences;  s p a c e, a boho corporate conference festival type thing that is embracing creativity and ideas to lift Australia's ambition, and MSIX Marketing sciences Ideas Xchange.  Adam is also the  author of 'The Advertising Effect: How to change behaviour, (Oxford (2014), now available in 3 languages), sits on the boards of Tribe and Good Thnx (a social influence and social giving company respectively), and PIJI (the public interest journalism initiaiive).

Stephen Kyefulumya, Group Director, Enterprise & Data Solutions – Nine

Stephen immersed himself into the field of media technology at a time when the early disruptions of the industry served as a preview of what was to come. His journey through technology and the media industry ranges from Software Development to Solutions Architecture, Project and Program Management through to Sales Leadership and eventually to the perfect blend of all his passions: Enterprise Technology Solutions Leadership. He has led local and global teams to deliver outstanding technology solutions for blue chip companies such as Sky UK, Discovery Communications, ESPN, Showtime, TVNZ and most recently Nine. Stephen has led organisational transformations that not only changed the way organisations work internally but also effected change at an industry level. He is passionate about team work and believes that diversity in teams is a key requirement for true technological innovation. Stephen has a double major from the University of Sheffield in Business and Engineering – with dual honours.

Matthew Rossi, Head of Creative - Koala

After six months of a media degree, Matt realised pretty quickly he wasn’t cut out for semiotic analyses of car ads, and dropped out to pursue his passion in the financially rewarding world of community and subsidised theatre.

He later sold out (not for the last time in his career) to work on the London production of Jersey Boys. Three years of clicking, stomping and paying actors to sing falsetto was enough to push him into the booming world of online mattress sales.

At Koala, Matt has been able to challenge status quo advertising; battling big brand budgets with left-field creative executions and amplifying them online.
